Nice and quiet, friendly neighbors, The downside is management does not follow their own rule regarding pets. The rule is: pets need to be on a leash, and clean up after your pet. management have two dog they roam the comlex unsupervised and not leashed, also wait at least a day to three dsys to clean after their pets!!! Also management does not believe in Tenant rights.
Lived there for 2 years. Great experience. Management was great. They have security camera's to watch the property. Would recommend.
