First off, I’ve lived in 10 communities managed by different companies and this is the first terrible experience I’ve had with a community management company (MRG). This all comes from experience as I’m a developer, and luckily I’m able to compare MRG’s standards of operation & excellence to other companies. They manage two developments where I own property, and they are 1. Impossible to get a hold of the owner, Amanda Telesco. 2. They don’t return calls 3. They don’t properly manage or implement solutions to actually help residents. Customer service is poor. I would HIGHLY advise you to consider any other community management company! I will surely be following up with the board at both developments as my experience with them was ultra painful this first go around. This all could have

My contact with MRG was as an appraiser of over 30 years dealing with HOA Administrators! They were quick and responsive to my requests. Very thorough, and did not make me contact them multiple times to get the info I needed. Very attentive to my needs, which are also the needs of the homeowners in the community when they are trying to sell or refi their home! Unfortunately this is atypical of the HOA Admin community as a whole, and glad it was! Made my job that much easier.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Literally can’t wait to be done with this HOA !! They increased our monthly fees while reducing what those fees actually go towards, horrible cheap lazy landscaping. The overall upkeep of the community has gone down since I first moved here 7 years ago. They allow HOA board members to personally come to your home to interrogate and harass you . Question what you are doing internally in your home !! Ask if you have permits . As well as stalk and stakeout your home for street parking and activity in your home. All so they can try to fine you and make more money off you !!! I miss our old Managment company because this is not it !!! When you complain they are passive aggressive and derogative with how they talk to you upon any interaction. Unprofessional
