The tall maintenance man is rude as hell, he needs to stop harassing my son every time he sees him. Are you not professional people here? Because I can't tell..... Next time I see and hear him yelling like an idiot I'm calling the cops, we have our issues here with you, but you been harrassing us because YOU have a homeless problem. Like you told me when you forced us to live above squatters for almost 2 months,"It's a process" Well we have rights too and should be able to tell our story at here Mont44. It's not what I expected but ignore a lot of what I see and hear, like a good neighbor! Please ask your maintenance man to act more professional and leave us alone, Thank you

Roaches, homeless camping out front. Trash everywhere. Property manager sucks. “Renovated” apartments are dirty and half assed! Easy to move in because they literally let anyone live here. Even for free! If I were you I’d become one of the many squatters that live here rent free. Property manager says it’s not her concern. Typical lazy behavior

worst place to live. we moved in last year, nothing fixed but kept pushing the move in date further. moved out and they STILL want rent after telling us our lease was up on the 31st of january. this place doesn’t even deserve a rating for how they play with their tenants money for nothing to be done! enjoy trying to get to the front office they are helpless ladies in heels. ❤️

Our family has been here for 2 years now. We have had nothing but helpful maintenance people and the new management is on top of everything as far as I can tell. They’ve been very polite and helpful if I have questions. Our children go to the schools near by which is extremely convenient and the bus comes here for the elementary pick up which is also fantastic. The location is very convenient. Majority of our neighbors have been so awesome, we’re super pumped where we are! I think the only downside is the homeless activity and vehicle thefts. I mean it does occur everywhere unfortunately but it is a little bothersome to walk out the door sometimes and see people huddled. Other than that our experience has been rather well so we don’t intend on leaving anytime soon. Thank you guys, keep up

This place is infested with roaches, and not kept up with maintenance! Manager and office assistants are not helpful and extremely rude! Crime alone is up the roof here. I would suggest an other apartment complex to EVERYONE!!! This place should be condemned for everything they have wrong here and still yet to fix any of the main problems they just do patch work till you complain again. Not worth the money while main bosses ride around in expensive cars but their apartments are falling apart!! 😡😡
