Tree Top Villa The cabin that my friends and I rented was beyond beautiful and cozy . It was a +plus since it had an awesome game room . Everything was neatly clean . We didn't know what to expect since it was everybody's first time staying in a cabin , but Michelle made sure we felt comfortable and safe . We definitely without a doubt enjoyed our mini vication . We already plan to go back for the Winter , and soon we will be booking a cabin .

We stayed with Big Bear Dream Cabins and they were great. The house was very nice, clean and had a pool table. Michelle was great to work with and we already plan to go back to Big Bear and stay in the same cabin.

This host is a cheater. We ordered a cabin from them on Airbnb. The house didn't match the description at all. No Internet, no signal, no hot water. It completely ruined our Christmas. We ended up leaving 1 day early and the host promised to refund that day. Then she reneged. Very professional customer service at arguing, lying and cutting contact off.

Very happy with Big Bear Dream cabins. Our cabin was clean and had everything we wanted. We stayed at the Red Spruce Cabin.
