I’ve never been more relieved to move out of a place than I am leaving this apartment complex. The management here is an absolute nightmare condescending, dismissive, and utterly unresponsive. Every interaction feels like a chore for them; they’re either too busy to talk or treat you with blatant attitude, belittling you as if your concerns are a personal inconvenience. It’s clear they have zero interest in listening to tenants or addressing issues properly. The office hours are a joke. They list a closing time, but the door is locked at least two hours earlier, leaving you stranded if you need assistance. The units themselves are plagued with problems our air conditioning constantly broke down due to clogs in the HVAC system, and maintenance requests were met with delays or half-hearted f

Welcome to Bishop Manor apartment is really nice and low income affordable for the people that can afford for the lowest price. I will definitely say someone can definitely come apply but make sure to stay on top of those applications and whatever they choose you’ll be ready with your paperwork Thank you. You would love it. Josephine is the worst manager ever that Apartment ever have. She has no knowledge as a manager. She raised her voice to all residents whenever she feel! I’ve been living here for 8 years, it was best apt until we met that de respectful manager. She tried to kick every old resident to replace them to her relatives. Since now her husband work also at this apartment. Now I m a victim of a fire, I was forced to move, because the units with 3 bedrooms she offered me, she tried to save it herself to move. Live me in the streets with my 4 kids looking for shelter. After loosing everything in that fire, she offered me $1500 and told me that’s a big help. Where she learn to be a manager! When she’s talking to you her voice tons is enough for you to get out! She doesn’t deserved to be a manager.

At times the gates don't work, management has lost rent payment and won't take the fault for losing the check. Security is a honest bother...
