Monroe Properties has been our property manager since 2018. They have done an excellent job communicating with the tenants, passing concerns by when necessary, but mostly taking care of the properties of their own initiative. We appreciate their transparency and dedication to their work. We enjoy working with Will and his team. They are thorough, professional, accessible, and easy to work with. They understand that we care about the tenant experience and feel confident that this is their mission too. We highly recommend their services.

I just moved with my roommate to First st Appt and initially moving in there were so many issues that weren’t fixed with the household. Water damage in cabinets, dirty and maybe moldy air vents, ceiling and cracks in floors and windows, and just so much more. They didn’t set up our stove for us and we tried for hours to set it up ourselves and we got one to fit. My roommate said he felt super dizzy after attempting to cook off the stove and believed there was a carbon monoxide leak. I’m currently in the hospital typing this because their inspections were just non existent prior to us moving in. Monroe Properties is one of the few property management companies that I think actually cares about their tenants. We have been working with Gabby Amarti, who has gone above and beyond… She’s been extremely friendly, personal, and fielded all our questions and requests, and is just a generally great person who I actually look forward to talking to when I need to. I think that sort of thing is rare and it’s uplifting to see. We moved into our apartment at 1877 Lofts in September 2025. The apartment had some minor maintenance issues when we moved in. We haven’t put in the maintenance request yet, so can’t comment on how well that will be handled.
