Brand new apartments directly on the Monon in SOBRO. The apartments are simply beautiful and modern, amazing amenities and great management. When I moved in Marshall was attentive to my needs and responds very quick. I look forward to enjoying my new home with my 2 animals :)

Apartment is fine. Thin walls like every other apartment but location on Monon is great! Maintenance is great and address all issues in a timely fashion. Parking is not great because once they do lease up, I can see there not being enough spaces and they don’t enforce the rule that visitors cannot park beyond the gates. Parking gates have not closed in 6+ months which makes it less secure. Nobody picks up after their dogs either.

Overall, I've had a positive experience here! Maintenance is very responsive to fix things, which hasn't been a huge need for me since everything was basically brand new when I moved in, but I appreciate the attentiveness when something does need attention. It's great to be in walking distance to the library, a couple of coffee shops and restaurants, and Fresh Market.

Love living here. It’s pretty quiet, very clean, and valet trash is really convenient. My apartment is so beautiful. All the appliances are pretty much new and the apartment as a whole was immaculate upon move in. I had to be especially “knit-picky” with my inspection form because there was almost literally nothing to take note of. Amber (Property Manager) is super nice and attentive especially during the leasing process. I was moving from out of town and did not have the opportunity to tour in-person beforehand. She was able to FaceTime with me to show me the exact unit that I’m staying in currently. So I was assured everything was what I wanted it to be. I have been a tenant here since June of 2024 and have overall really enjoyed my experience! I have never been in such new apartments - they had told me that they had only been leasing for ~6months when I signed my lease, crazy! I am in the Acadia floorplan, and it is absolutely perfect for me. The high ceilings really help to make things feel more spacious, and there is plenty of storage for all my bits and bobs. I am a collector of many things (records, CDs, trading cards, movies, etc), and even in a 642sqft apartment, there's still room for all the storage I need and even my bike! Couple that with some stellar kitchen appliances, lovely countertops, and bright windows, it is certainly a great place for a work-from-home like me to spend the majority of my day.
