Monier

My experience living in the Monier building – Apartment 237 Apartment 237 is a corner unit located near the building’s trash compactor and across from the Mercado, on the side where the dumpsters are kept and delivery trucks park. While we were aware of this prior to moving in, we did not realize that trash service begins as early as 6:00 a.m. and occurs multiple times throughout the day. Deliveries also happen several times a day. The trucks are extremely loud, with beeping while backing up, and many are refrigerated, so their engines run continuously. This creates a significant amount of daily noise, including on Sundays. If you work from home please be aware that the noise is several times a day, throughout the day and it is loud with or without the windows open. Because of the noise,

The Monier is a beautiful complex in a great part of town. The building is modern, stylish, and unlike anything else I've seen. Val is so incredibly kind and patient, and she really took her time helping me find the perfect apartment. I couldn’t be happier!

Truly one of the best apartment living experiences ever... and honestly a lot of it was because of Val and Dom! They're both wonderful people—super helpful and understanding. Val is like a friend and that's such a nice relationship to have with a leasing associate/manager! I love the location and how lively the community is. The quality of the materials in the units are high and it really makes a difference with long-term living! They hold up well and having real wood flooring is so hard to come by!

The Monier is the best apartment complex in Tucson. Cleaned daily, good management, shops, just outside downtown, Sunlink access. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartments! Very spacious, clean and quiet living spaces. Management has been phenomenal with fast help and providing help with a human approach of being kind and understanding. I moved out of state but I’ll be returning back in the future ! Thank you Val (manager)
