I called late to ask a quick question for two people who are really struggling to look for a place right now. I called again to hear her voicemail to know how and when to talk to her, yet she answered. Not only was she so unhelpful but she was incredibly rude. She dismissed me rudely and hung up in my face, after cutting me off when I barely got out a sentence. I never write reviews but I was so disrespected I think people should know her character.

Monica is very professional and caring. She consistently went beyond our expectations. We were in a different state and Monica always kept up informed, explained the process and always returned our calls. We have been through 8 settlements and this was the best because Monica made sure all details, paperwork etc. were done properly before hand. It is no surprise Monica is "Delaware Realtor of the Year". Monica, thank you very much we would not hesitate to do business with you again!! Matt & Connie Maher
