Working with Monica was fantastic!!! The first time we met her; we were looking for a rental 3 years ago. Not knowing the process of going through a realtor, I was reaching out to different realtors or property managers to see rentals. It wasn't until Monica introduced herself and asked if we were working with a realtor that truly expedited the process. She helped us find our rental, and we had always kept her in mind when we were ready to purchase a home. Finally, that time came and Monica guided us the whole way! She was very patient and open to what we wanted. We started with townhomes but then changed our minds to single family homes. Monica is amazing. She is very dedicated to her work and knows what she is is talking about. Monica was so accurate and always gave us a headsup on what was next. She always laid out the worst and best outcomes of situations so that way nothing would completely blindside us. We originally were looking at townhomes, and even though Monica broke down the reason to purchase a home over a townhome, she still encouraged us to look at townhomes until my wife and I realized that house would fit us better. Monica did an amazing job at keeping us on track and got us into the right home much quicker than i thought. Monica is definitely a person of loves what she does and is fully involved with the entire home buying process.
