She was the listing side on one of the transactions. She was really late on a lot of responses and just lacked the knowledge on the property as well as how a purchase agreement works. Working with her was quite upsetting because she seemed disorganized and unprofessional. Communication was poor, and it felt like she was not advocating for her client's best interests. Her lack of attention to detail caused unnecessary delays and complications, making the entire process much more stressful than it needed to be. I would not recommend working with her if you value efficiency and expertise in your real estate transactions.
