Great service! I needed help with our AC unit and Sophia made it their first priority to have it tended to. Very polite and answered all the questions I had. In this weather I thought it wouldn’t be fixed at the time I needed it the most, but I also spoke with Myra who gave me a call back to reassure me that we weren’t forgotten and let me know exactly when it would be looked at.

Mayra Swanson is the MOST UNEDUCATED, RUDEST, UNPROFESSIONAL person that I believe I have EVER dealt with. I can see I am not the only one who feels this way. Now I understand why Their ratings at this management office are SO LOW! Not a Company that I believe ANYONE would want to do business with. You would regret it the very first time you have to deal with Mayra. When you read all these negative comments, all pretty much saying basically the same, (talk about rudeness, unprofessional, DOES NOT take time to sit with you and speak, etc,), I think you may have now a VERY CLEAR picture of the type of establishment this is. Stay away from here. You will GREATLY regret it.

I can’t praise Noel enough! He gave me amazing advice for property management. He was helpful, understanding, and patient when it came to all my questions. He took the time to answer them all and provided thorough information. Thank you so much Noel!

One of the kind experiences I had. Management and desk people is very kind and patient in explaining everything to me. English is not my first language and they tried help me understand anyway. Did not rush. Very sweet people.
