Mondrian on Lake Eola

I’ve lived here for a 3 years (i currently live here lol) and this place awful. One elevator has been out of service for almost three weeks and the second is now out (since yesterday); so now the whole building is forced to cram into the one working elevator. It’s slow, unsafe-feeling, and management’s timeline for repairs is nonexistent. They are 100% lying to you if they say elsewise. The garage is constantly broken. It worked last month for about 2 weeks. We pay $50 for a parking spot, but 95% of the time the garage/validation system isn’t working so random cars just pull in and take spaces. Also, there's a valet company that is being used by eola view longue (whatever it's called) that uses the same garage as residents do- this has caused residents, like myself, who actually live here,

Living at The Mondrian by Lake Eola has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed with how much the property has grown and progressed over time—it feels like it just keeps getting better. The location is unbeatable, the community is welcoming, and the atmosphere really makes it feel like home. What makes The Mondrian stand out the most, though, is the team. Kelly, Kobe, and Ariel have been outstanding. They’re always so approachable, professional, and truly care about making sure residents are happy. Every question I’ve had has been answered with patience, and they go above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth and stress-free.

Love this building, and the location. Have been here for almost 1 year and I love the resident appreciation events that the staff put on and they happen pretty often! Recently, there was a change in management and Lakesha & Jose have been really helpful in filling the gaps on some issues we had been needing to be fixed for a while. From the leasing staff, concierge, and maintenance team they’ve been very diligent about making sure everything is addressed in a timely fashion. All of the residents are super nice as well! One thing to mention, the building parking garage is shared with an event space and does allow for visitor parking on the weekends and offers valet for some events as well so sometimes it can be a bit full but it is downtown so on weekends you can expect some non-residen

I’ve been living at the Mondrian for about a month now, and my experience so far has been incredible. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Jose and Walter, who are always there when i need help with something. I always get quick responses to my emails and this made the moving process very easy and straightforward. My apartment is beautiful and was in very good condition when i moved in. Same goes for the amenities - the whole building is kept very clean and maintained.

I’ve been living here for years and I will say every time I have an issue, it usually gets resolved fairly quickly compared to other complexes. I’ve had a lot of interactions with maintenance and they are always a pleasure. I really want to acknowledge Saul on the maintenance team because not only does he want to fix the issues, he always does it with a smile on his face. Lakesha, Jose, & Walter are doing a great job improving this building.
