I can honestly say that the management has made a change for the better the new manager and I am on my third year leasing and I am not disappointed. The maintenance guy is awesome and gets the job done quick. The property is well maintained and is centrally located very close to bus lines and grocery stores. Management is rather professional as opposed to many places I've been and I would recommend this apartment complex over most pl

I can tell you almost every detail about what my upstairs neighbors do in the day. Because I can hear every step they take. Building is poorly insulated to the point where I can hear my upstairs neighbors any time they touch the floor. I can also hear full conversations happening in the office through the wall of my bedroom. Do you like waking up to find bloody homeless people in the hallways on Saturday mornings? You’re in luck. The building is not secure like they claim. On top of finding random people in the building, you may find them in your unit. I’m on the first floor and have a door with outdoor access. There have been multiple times a stranger has either attempted to open that door, or peeped in through the glass. Like the apartment, severely disappointed with the neighborhood,

Lived here for 3 years. Moving out in July. Wanted to leave a realistic review so anyone reading may know what to expect. Overall I give it a 5/5 total. See below for the breakdown: Area (5/5): Really solid walkable area, right off of Colorado blvd. Easy access to pretty much anything you need. Colorado Centre food court / movie theatre about a 5 min walk. Never felt unsafe walking at night (experience may vary as I am a man) Management (5/5): Property managers have come and gone over the years here, but the most recent one is probably the best. Very chill and stays out of your way. Maintenance is amazing and they fix any issues very promptly. Units & Amenities (3/5): Don’t expect much here as these are more affordable apartments. Great balconies, but appliances are a bit old and there

I've lived here since 2019 and I'll probably stay a while longer but the lack of amenities is frustrating and I feel safety is becoming a concern. They went through several BAD maintenance guys but we seem to finally have a pretty good set. There isn't enough parking and no green space available to us. They don't have the snow cleaned from the parking lot and there is a spot in particular that turns into a sheet of ice. Their sister apartments have a pool but we can't go there. I think they should make that available to us too. We have window unit air conditioners and base board heating supplied by a boiler so our apartment is never under 78 in the hot summer months and never above 67 in the cold winter months. We tolerate all of this for the cost and proximity to I-25.

Don't waste your time. I've lived here for nearly three years and can't get out fast enough. I came here for the balcony and have a laundry list of reasons to leave. If it's not the poor management closing the office random times during the week or day, then it's them trying to cheat you on money. The management never knows what's going on. One person will confirm one policy with you, whether it be a small fee or the parking policy, and another will say that's never been a policy here and charge you. Speaking of parking, there aren't enough spots for residents. Additionally, be prepared for the elevator to break down regularly and for the water to be frequently shut off with less than 24 hours notice (or sometimes there's no notice at all) due to all the water leaks in this building.
