I have lived at this community long enough to confidently say the quality of living here has gone downhill severely. The water issues alone are unacceptable. Hot water takes 30-45minutes to come through (if it comes at all), and there are frequent “maintenance projects” that shut water off with little notice and no real improvement afterward. This has been an ongoing problem, not a one-time inconvenience. Maintenance response times are inconsistent at best if done AT ALLL… its a joke honestly. Most the time management just sends a email saying the only have one worker… (not residents problem). Issues are either delayed, “patched,” or simply reappear shortly after being “fixed” or just ignored completely.There is a clear lack of long-term solutions, and residents are left dealing with th

Yolimar is amazing. I was extremely frustrated and there was a line ahead of me, but i now know it’s because she gives every single person her undivided attention. She never rushed me and she took her time helping me with my issue. It was late and the office was about to close and she made sure all my questions were answered. It is rare to find a someone who cares this much!

Monarch Villas is the best community to live. Great prices. Close to everything. Quiet great for families. Yolimar is Heaven sent and true angel!! Gave me a chance when nobody else would.

I wanted to give this place a good review because they were so helpful with us getting the apartment for my family member. But he’s in an apartment that wasn’t move in ready with lots of maintenance issues, including an oven that doesn’t heat up! We’ve been waiting since May for the issues to get fixed! I was promised these issues had been fixed but they were not! Now no one answers the phone or returns calls! This place is barely livable!

RUN! These apartments are the absolute worst of the worst. There is such lack of professionalism, there is no communication whatsoever. When we try to go the office it’s ALWAYS closed, there is never anyone to help or assist with questions. They never answer phone calls. This place needs to be shut down or they need to hire new people because the workers are awful. I’m trying to pay my rent and they keep changing the sites to pay, my contract ended and have been trying to meet with someone there is never anyone available and they are still overcharging my rent because of THEIR mistake. Do your self the favor of never considering this place, it’s so overpriced and absolutely awful to the renters. LOOK ELSEWHERE! DO NOT COME HERE!
