Monarch Urban Lofts

My parents live here and for the most part it's very nice. Every once in a while the elevator will break which was a nightmare when my mom had doctors appointments and she can only move in a wheelchair and every once in a while some inconsiderate neighbor decides to leave their trash in the hallway or in the elevator. Parking along the street is limited which makes it a bit challenging, but that's kind of what you get in the LA area. The pool is always well maintained, the staff seems to do a good job trying to keep the facility clean and overall it's a nice place. I never really hear the neighbors which is pretty impressive. I think that means the walls are thick and the floors are well batted.
