Big shout out to Danielle for her amazing customer service and real knowledge of property management! She went above and beyond to help me clear my name from issues caused by a previous landlord who ran things very poorly. The new owners have shown me they run the business the right way—professional, fair, and willing to work with people. I really appreciate the way they handled everything and made things right.

In the beginning I thought everyone was super nice and it was a friendly environment. But as soon as my downstairs neighbor started making complaints about my kids (keep on mind, I asked for a downstairs unit prior to moving in because I know my kids) the management started to pretty much harass me about everything and anything. These people are now evicting me, claiming they can without providing me a reason at all.... The gave me a notice to vacate and stated that it was for renovations.. because trust me this place needs work. Yesterday I called to see if I can get an extension because I haven't been able to get into another property and they told me the apartment is already pre-leased. 🤔 What happened to the renovations?? I rented from them for two years and never had any issues, the people at the front desk were always very kind and professional when i needed to talk to them.

I have worked with their property manager Danielle for years and she has always been very professional and accommodating with the properties they manage at this company.

After moving out I left that place cleaner than when I moved in. I specifically listed that walls were dirty blinds were messed up and other issues that they kept my deposit for. Nancy has been very wonderful but the property manager never really gave attention unless I happen to be late with rent. When I moved in he didn’t even show me the apartment he had someone else do it and never once visited so if he did the inspection after I moved out then he probably saw everything that was there when I moved in. I was only refunded $92...so yes, I agree with the other person who said, “Kiss your deposit goodbye.” I love that apartment and the location but some calls that I made to fix electrical and sink stopped up were never fixed.
