Monarch on East Broad

This complex is scamming everyone who lives here. There is no way i am using 2000 watz of electric. I have a one person household and I have barely furnished my place. I have done mt research and I have found out that this complex is submetering. We are all paying for each others electric. After reaching out to the PUC jurisdiction they are recommending we make complaints as soon as possible. I really wish I would have read these reviews before moving moving here. I pay almost 2,000 a month this is insane. No one discusses anything with you they just charge you late fees and try to evict you. My electric bill has been the highest it has ever been more than a 5 person HOUSE. 363$, 463$, 257$ it doesn’t make any sense. I have even turned my breaker off and they claim I am pulling electric

I just want to give a special shout out to Cassidy for her help during an incredibly difficult time in our family. She helped my mom and grandma get into a very nice apartment so quickly, after almost everyone else told us it would take weeks or months to get into a new place. She is a fantastic assistant manager and made me feel like my mom and grandma are in the best place they could be in for now. She is so kind and personable, yet professional. She is a great asset to the property! Thanks Cassidy! ☺️

I thought moving here , would be a peace of mind . But it’s so many problems . Our bathroom since we moved in smells like Mold . The kids play in the street and don’t move for cars . Bikes are always in the streets , the kids hit your cars with balls and scooters . In the lease it says 2 cars minimum. The residents out here have 4 to 5 cars per household . So if you’re not home by 7pm , YOU WILL HAVE NOWHERE TO PARK & if you park on the side , they will tow your car . The pool is never open consistently. It’s like all these beautiful things here and it’s not really that ! It’s more of an expensive Prison .

I would just like to say to PLEASE never let Cassidy leave this office, she is amazing and the only one that makes me feel like she cares about any issues.fire alarms, ground keeping as far as trash around the area. Noisy neighbors etc. Ty Cassidy!! Ur amazing 👏. I wont even call the office on her days off as no one else seems to care.

There are people stealing wheels and tires from cars in the parking lot and no one does anything. There are thieves stealing every week and I try to contact management and no one answers. They don't give me solutions. I feel unsafe living in these apartments. Soon someone will break into my house. Please I need help and Monarch is not answering any of my question. They stole two different cars in two weeks.
