I’ve been here for two months. I really like the community, amenities and the layout of my apartment. The location is very convenient. Lots to do around the area. I can say that I’m content 70% of the time. The staff is also really friendly, so that’s a plus. The reason for the 3-stars is because I have an issue with how thin the walls are. I live on the first floor and I’m convinced my upstairs neighbor wears bricks for shoes because they stomp every time they make a move. I’ve lived on first floor apartments before and I’ve never had much of an issue with this, nor do I let it bother me, but there are times when they wake up at 3/4 am from the heavy stomping. It’s truly ridiculous, but like I said manageable because it’s not constant, just intermittent. My next door neighbors sometimes

i've lived here for 2 years, and overall, it's been great. the amenities (pools x2, resident lounge, gym, amazon pick up, dog park, valet trash, and mailroom) are kept up nicely. the current staff is nice and honestly i'd renew my lease if we hadn't outgrown the space. the reason i give this apartment a 3/5, is because in my 2 years here...we've been through 2-3 new managements. a little weird when you're getting used to how one management runs things just to jump to a whole new expectation. another reason, multiple cars have been robbed of their tires/rims and left stacked on bricks in the parking lot. Ms Nessia Mixon provided me with my initial tour and processed my application . She’s so amazing and very professional . Also the assistant manager Iris Gonzales is outstanding in addressing any concerns and communications . A shoutout to Angie Castillo for her welcoming attitude and always pleasant and friendly . I resided here for six years. As with any residential development, there were occasional challenges; however, one must accept that a degree of impermanence and minor imperfection is inherent in any physical environment. The amenities are thoughtfully appointed — a well-equipped gym, an elegant entertainment lounge, and a pool whose aesthetic would not feel out of place alongside the likes of Palazzo Versace Dubai. Notwithstanding several changes in ownership during my tenure, the front-of-house team, property management, and maintenance staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a commendable standard of service.
