Monarch Crossing Apartment Homes

I've been a part of this community for almost 6 years. Like anywhere, there will be hiccups; however, nothing that's unmanageable. The staff, although new are warm and friendly. Brittany the office assistant always welcomes me with a infectious smile. I only wish parking for guests could be negotiated. I would love to have company but, I feel like paying to visit is unfair.

I have be residing in Monarch Crossing since October 2025, December 2025 this complex was under new management. I just wanted to give Kudos to the Management team. Ana and Brittany are dynamic duo, they have helped me and a few of other tenants out tremendously and in a timely Manner. Nexus Management, Bravo Zulu for putting a new positive spin on this property.

I want to start out bu saying that the maintenance team is awesome as well as Chantel and Tia. However the higher ups here are absolutely awful. They don't even pretend to care about their residents. We have had our apartment flood with sewage twice now. The first time we had sewage in our bathroom for 2 weeks if not longer. They wouldn't find a cleaning company and told us to find one, as they would reimburse us. They did not. On top of not being able to use our bathroom for 2 weeks. We were left without carpet for that entire time. That was the beginning of July. I once again want to state that this process was only that long because Chantel was out. As soon as she got back she found out what was going on she tried everything possible to respond in a timely manner and kept close communi

Great folks at the leasing office were clear and concise about my whole moving in process. They were nice and sweet to me. Great place to find a place at!!

Since I am relocating to the area, I saw the property online. I called the office to obtain more information and availability. I spoke to Ana, the property manager. Ana spoke to me about the units available, the prices, and amenities. She was very pleasant to speak to and knowledge about the property.
