Monarch at Godley Station Apartments

Sika’s representation for the company as a consultant is just what any company would need. From the time we called until the time we left, we felt welcomed. Her showing us the property and answering every question with so much knowledge and enthusiasm made the visit pleasant. And the ambiance and atmosphere of the place is very warm and welcoming. It was too small for our family but would’ve been perfect if just for my husband and I, or myself.

I have lived in several rental houses over the past 3 years, and this place is by far the best. Sika was very kind, the house was spotless, and the community was extremely well maintained. In particular, my previous landlords always deducted over $300 from my deposit for cleaning or repair fees, but here, they didn’t charge me a single dollar.

I love living here. They have events every month. They are very friendly in the leasing office. They keep it clean and maintenance is here on time when you need them. They will work with you on anything and you have your privacy. You can decorate your yard and pet friendly.

James and Tiffany came and did some corrective measures we needed. Excellent job done. We appreciate all the folks here at Monarch and what they do for all. Thank you. James came Thursday and replaced a towel rack and fixed the microwave as door would not stay shut. Excellent job and really appreciate the quickness of coming. We really love being here at Monarch and the friendliness of the staff.

What an amazing place to live!!! Very nice 1 story cottage feel. So quiet and very dog friendly. Lori and the team are so great to work with. Great amenities in the community with everything else you need just right down the street. I would highly recommend coming to take a tour!!!
