Monarc at Met Apartments

After living in the building for multiple years, I can honestly say that I recommend it. The building is well made, the amenities are great, and the location can’t be beat! I was mostly very happy with my time here. The biggest issue with living here is the noise from the traffic outside which can’t really be helped. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to live, this isn’t it! There is also no guest parking, so if you have a friend or a SO other coming to visit even for a night there are going to have to pay $50+ just to visit you. Upon move out, management will do everything they can to take your security deposit, no matter how long you’ve lived there. Ultimately, the pros heavily outweigh the cons of living here. ⭐️ Exceptional Concierge and Outstanding Service YASMINE! I’ve lived in this building for over eight years, and Yasmine Gibson is by far the best concierge we’ve ever had. She’s professional, warm, and always goes above and beyond to help residents. Yasmine handles everything with calm, grace, and genuine care — she truly makes the building feel like home. Her dedication and kindness set a new standard of excellence.

Yasmine is by far the best front desk person at Monarc. Damion as well. Yasmine is great with helping find packages in a very chaotic package room, she followed up with me twice to make sure I found what I was looking for. Damion also is super nice and loves everyone in the building. Both great to have.

The apartments are great, the amenities are awesome, and everyone here is super friendly. Maintenance is always quick whenever something comes up. The staff and concierges are all really nice, shoutout to Yasmine for always being so helpful and attentive. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

I moved here in September, easiest move in process. Garrett & Gustavo were fantastic and responsive. When I walked in for a tour I was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff and had a feeling this was going to be the place for me. Yasmine, Chris and Thomas are always at the desk and happy to help ! They are the best here. Packages are never a problem. They even hired a temp staff company for after Black Friday. The amenities are amazing. The building is always clean. Maintenance is fast and very helpful. Willing to go out of their way to help. And the view here is pretty nice too!
