I just bought a home from this realty company in Whittier and the company still has not removed the lock box from the front door. The sign was never picked up and almost struck a passerby. Do not deal with company they are the worse real estate company; I have ever seen. I have to now buy a new doorknob to get the lock box off the front door. Very bad business

If I could post a review with a negative star count, I would do it. I also wish I had been warned about dealing with Monaco Realty before my first (and last) encounter with them. They will cheat you and I would warn anyone and everyone to avoid dealing with this company at all costs. If you are an unfortunate soul currently in contracts with these people that you CAN NOT get out of, I would implore you to please, please double and triple check all contracts with a fine tooth comb. I would also stay away from any inspection or contractor services that MonacoRealty would recommend you use. It would appear that the company employs liars and cheaters who will do their best to swindle you out of a penny if they can do so... My unfortunate experience has cost me more than a penny... I'm looking

They will not fix anything. They signed saying they would fix the foundation and did not. This is why their listing was on the market for over a year. How they still have a license is beyond me.
