Monaco Apartments

After the new property management company took over this place became a nightmare to live at. No staff stayed long enough to be properly trained, they removed the online portal for repairs. They sat on our lease renewal paperwork for 3 months and tried charging us late fees for not paying the month to month rate, even though we had the paperwork for the lease in. In late July our AC went out, we were given a replacement to have inside, but after 6 weeks of 80° temps in the unit, went to ask when it would be fixed. They had no record of giving us the replacement or a work order. This is a poorly run complex that will nickel and dime you for their mistakes. I’m very thankful to no longer live here.

Don’t live here unless you want ROACHES!!! I moved in July 2025, and after signing all of the lease agreement paperwork the last thing the office manager, Axel, said to me was “if you see any bugs just let us know.” Obviously, should’ve been a red flag to me, but didn’t think much of it until I shortly after began seeing cockroaches. I communicated what I saw to the proper outlets mid August. Only living in the apartment for roughly one month. It’s now October and roaches are visibly present in all areas of the apartment. One of the pest control employees told me that the people beneath me have them BAD and that they are not cleanly people. There was a scheduled pest control service that was supposed to take place on September 30th, but pest control never came and I was not notified by the

Changing my review yet again. I tried being understanding but the communication with management is a joke. They only answer if they want your money. Loud neighbors, dirty environment, cops here ALL THE TIME. Also dog poop every where, this wouldn’t have happened with the old management. EMG do better! Y’all hire anybody huh? You forget you work for us, not the other way around. Get off of your high horse.

DO NOT RENT HERE ! The manager is arrogant and they do not care about their tenants. They add all sorts of fees every month, utilities is almost 200$ because of the fees that they add, There is also no A/C here. This place is ran by a swamp cooler that does not work, when we first moved in manager said they could clean the swamp cooler and they placed an order for new cooling pad… that was 4 months ago and nothing has been done and when i brought it up to the manager he told me they are not going to clean the swamp cooler because “they are already clean” even though he took pictures and acted like he was going to when we first moved in. I had to buy my own a/c because the one that’s in my unit does not cool down the place at all and I’ve noticed other tenants doing the same as well. Mainte

***ADDITIONAL UPDATE*** Staff once again refuses to believe in customer service. The manager is beyond arrogant and has no issues letting you know he controls all situations, and you are ALWAYS WRONG. Please, please take my advice and do not live here. This new management made it hell on earth. I'm so blessed to finally be out. I have never been so disrespected and talked down to in my life. Please take the extra time to find a better location. You will regret living here.
