She doesn’t respond to any messages and when you text her about a property, she will read the message and completely ignore you. I’m so tired of the rudeness and unprofessionalism so I reported her and I reported the property I don’t understand why you have a job to help people and don’t want to help people find a new position or a new profession because you’re not good at this one Like a lot of of these real estate agents on Staten Island are completely useless or just downright unprofessional and rude. It’s not polite to ignore people and I’m gonna keep reporting Rachel until something is done.

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with both Xiaobing (Mary) Zhang and Wu Yu (ICY) Xiao. In my opinion, their conduct throughout the transaction was highly unethical and unprofessional. They attempted to pressure me into accepting a seller’s tenant who refused to leave the property, which was not part of the agreement. They also tried to force me into signing off on escrow before resolving serious issues with the property, including unsanitary conditions—rat droppings, grease, dirt, and leftover items—despite the contract clearly stating the home should be delivered in broom-clean condition. On top of that, there were undisclosed damages, including a car hitting a shared wall with my neighbor, and plumbing fixtures that had been replaced, leaving behind burn marks from solde
