From the moment I drove into Momentum Blanding, I knew this was the place that I would love to call home!! As soon as I arrived at the office, I met Brianna, who is way more than a Leasing Agent, she’s the ultimate professional and impeccable at her job! She has true care and concern for everyone who comes in. She not only showed me what would become my new home, she walked me step by step through the application process and she stood by my side until I was approved. Today is my move on day, and it truly is such an amazing experience! I literally feel like I brought a new house. Thank you so much Brianna, I could not have done it without you!

Living at Momentum Blanding has been great so far! From the moment I got the during my first visit, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful! Although I didn’t have an appointment scheduled for that day and also arrived a little close to the end of day, Brianna, one of the leasing agents over there still took me on the tour anyway. She took her time to showed me all the options for the kind of apartment I was looking for and did not make me feel rushed at all. Since moving on, she, along with other staff members like Maya and Cheyenne have also been very helpful with everything issue or question I’ve had with a sense of urgency! I’m really happy living here and would highly recommend to anyone, especially active military members looking to live close to base.

Had the opportunity to tour the clubhouse, model and the other floorplans at Momentum Blanding. Absolutely amazing amenities and spacious floorplans. Would highly recommend!
