At least one of these 5 ⭐ ratings is from the maintenance man who works for this horrific company. I highly doubt the second one is different. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of Molloy, especially if they are your property MGMT company. Check out the reviews on Yelp and be prepared for: zero response to maintenance requests, that includes fixing broken appliances, unannounced utility shut offs, not intervening when there is legit shady tenants resulting in robbery and property damage.. Also not only allowing tenants to continue harassment and intimidation but retaliating when the victim simply asks for authoritative inference. And good luck ever getting a timely professional response. Nightmare stuff... This is a long overdo review.
