Moldspec did the inspection on a home we had just gone under contract for. Going into it I let them know that our youngest child is very medically fragile and has several respiratory issues. The amount of attention to detail and communication from their team was second to none. They don’t just care about their business, they care about the family and people entering the home. After inspection it was discovered that there were several highly toxic molds growing in the home which would have been unsafe for anyone. A disappointing answer, but an easy decision to protect our daughter and not get into a bad purchase and go under with major renovations. I will use this team for all future inspections and would recommend to anyone. They are second to none!

I couldn’t be anymore happier with the service abriel provided for me this morning, she did an amazing job checking my entire house for mold and even went her way to tell me a few other things that the house needs done form the outside . She was very thorough and explained everything to us and made sure we knew exactly what else we can do to our house in order to prevent mold from growing . Abriel came out super quickly to test for mold after we had a leak in the house. She was super professional. We got our report back super quickly and were able to move forward with remediation thanks to Abriel. We highly recommend her!

Thank goodness for Mold Spec, don’t know what we would have done without them. We had another company come in originally and they were no where near as thorough as Abriel. Everyone and anyone would be lucky to have this team on their side when dealing with mold issues!
