AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This is hands down THE WORST apartment management company I have ever dealt with. The way tenants are spoken to is beyond rude- it’s dismissive, condescending, and frankly unprofessional. Kim Meredith needs to be FIRED ASAP- cussing at me over the phone and has a temper tantrum of a 2 year old. She even tried to offer me a gift card "to make up for it." On top of that, the charges are absolutely outrageous and feel completely arbitrary. Fees appear out of nowhere with little to no explanation, and good luck trying to get clarity- management either ignores you or talks down to you as if you’re the problem for asking. Transparency is nonexistent. Maintenance requests? A joke. Issues are delayed, brushed off, or “resolved” in the cheapest way possible, yet somehow the

This is by far the most unfair business and the way they have treated a close friend of mine and her parents is horrible. This company will make up rules, polices and will serve there tenants with multiple notices and stack up the charges until the tenant is paying Moland back $$$$ to where it is out of control. This company has moles who act like spies and report what they call violations which are not true and made up. Please watch out for any properties advertised under Moland Managment and anything that has to do them or their affiliate

My Mom and I have rented from Moland, a dozen or so properties, ever since I was a child. Moland has always been good to us; these various myriad of apartment conplexes, a house, and other apartment properties in the Valley have always been met with good, professional service through the years. Every problem was fixed, such as when there were plumbing issues, water heater needing to be replaced, were promptly fixed. Our neighbors might not have always been the best, some managers questionable. But the management company, itself, has integrity and professionalism behind it. When Moland no longer managed certain complexes and certain companies like Zanco took over, then we had to move as quality of management, people (i.e. tenants), property integrity, and more became suspect, including

Getting ready to sign up for a third year at our current property. Our time here has been great!! The few times we have had any r&m issues come up, the management team has been wonderful, sending help immediately. The office is easy to work with, and quick with a call back. Nothing but compliments and good reports from us!!!!

We’ve been here for 2 years at Echo Glen and now are transferring to another property of theirs for likely another 2 years! They have been kind, gracious, and the grounds are always beautiful. I did have a bit of trouble getting some repairs done at one point, but I think the requests got lost under higher priority ones (broke ceiling fan and garage door breaking down but still working). I would say their prices are very fair for what you get. Whenever I had to call them they were always really nice and usually responded within 48 hours. They also helped us out more than once. So while they might be old fashioned in a lot of ways, it’s really for the best, because they are so kind. I think the only person that wasn’t very nice was Mark, but that might just be the way he talks, very much
