Mohave Gardens Apartments

would not recommend to live here. Been 3 months now waiting for dishwasher to be fixed and its been broken since moving in. we have a newborn baby so the appliance being functional would help greatly. also owners refuse to let us park our car in the parking lot and have called to get it towed once already. makes getting groceries from the car a hassle. poorly owned and neglectful to tenant needs.

Washing machines haven't worked since I moved in. They also closed the pool and tore out the grills. Can't get my mailbox fixed the door just falls off. No shelves in any of the cabinets. Sink leaks and the shower faucet not anchored to anything so it moves when I try to turn the water on.

So my wife and i got a 30 day term of lease notice taped onto my door yesterday so we called Josue Aparicio frm Maximum Management corp who oversees the property to figure out what this was about. Josue then told me there was absolutely no reason no complaints nothing. I asked why then the eviction and he said its not an eviction its the owners wish to remove lower paying renters so he can remodel and raise rents. We have 3 children so moving unplanned is not easy. I called josue to get the owners number and he refused told me to take them to court and hung up on me. Anyone with the owner's cantact info plz forward

Approaching “1” year after leaving Mohave Gardens. Unable to resolve Security Deposit return. Josue Aparicio (roving manager) for Maximum Management and this California business aren’t responding to many attempts seeking mitigation. Very disappointing.

I have loved living here for 6 years, Sarah at FLR has been such a professional and caring manager. We are all blessed to have her and FLR as our management co.
