Moderne at Rocking K

Modern at Rocking K has been an amazing experience. The community is welcoming, the atmosphere is modern and comfortable, and everything is well maintained. Faith has been especially excellent and incredibly helpful—she’s friendly, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and professionally, which makes a huge difference. You can tell she genuinely cares, and it shows. I’m so glad to be part of this community and highly recommend Modern at Rocking K to anyone looking for a great place to live!

The Moderne at Rocking K experience is enhanced by the thoughtfully produced community social activities that are relaxing, fun and allow residents to interact. Faith and Amy do a great job of hosting creative events complete with supplies and always accompanied by tasty snacks and beverages! The intergenerational aspect is encouraging and I have met super nice neighbors.

I’ve been living here a week and i absolutely love it! It’s quiet and peaceful, The neighbors are friendly. Faith and Amy in th office are great and have helped me with the absurd amount of questions I’ve had lol. The maintenance guys are also super quick in responding and have promptly fixed the few minor issues my unit had when I moved in. The amenities are Awesome the neighborhood feels really safe. Over all I can honestly say this is my favorite place I’ve ever lived. Oh and you can’t beat the view of the Rincons from the neighborhood.

There are easy decisions and then there are really easy decisions. Living at Moderne at Rocking K was a really easy decision. Thanks Faith and Amy. Quiet and everything works like it should. I just wish the gym was bigger. I liked having a stand up shower and front loaded washer and dryer.

I have been renting for the last 4 years. Decided to give Modern At Rocking K a try. My last year, Backyard/ doggy door individually units, It really isn't like apartment living at all. Sad to leave. Thank you so much for everything!:
