Millenia is a dream realtor. One of the best I’ve worked with in the 16+ years I’ve lived in NYC. She’s upfront, transparent, kind and honest. She helped me get my dream apartment in Historic Jersey City and assured me during the entire process. She was warm and welcoming, very responsive, and gave me honest answers about move in dates and maintenance to the apartment prior to my move-in. I’m excited to move into my new apartment and it’s all because of Millenia helped me make it possible.

Kenny Lo was incredibly accommodating and patiently responded to my several questions and with great humor. I had multiple tours of 55 Jordan Ave. So far, the apartment has been a good experience.

Working with Modern Spaces made my first rental process a breeze! As I am still fairly new to Jersey City and the tri-state area, I felt really lucky to come in contact with Dawn who knew all of the in’s and out’s of the city. She not only assisted in helping me find a place to call my own, but she also recommended a few of what are now my favorite spots to hang. She not only had this sense of expertise within real estate, but showcases the qualities that she is a true product of her community.

This is the first time I go through the process of renting out my own place and I am glad that I worked with modern space on this process, which makes my life so much easier.
