I was referred to Modern Realty by a bank. The realtor that I worked with showed me several houses, all had a Master Bedroom and two small bedrooms. Two bedrooms homes apparently do not exist. I specifically stated that I was looking for two large bedrooms, and was shown one with two large bedrooms. One of these was in what had been converted from a garage, and included a furnace and water heater. I definitely believe that the Modern Realty Agent should have known that room would not be approved as a legal bedroom. I found out when the water heated was replaced, and the building inspector informed me the room could not be used as a bedroom!
