Wow!! Can not say enough good stuff about this place. Had the opportunity to hang out with Kiera on a tour yesterday, and she was the best!! She showed us the entire building and multiple units and was just so much fun and easy to talk to. The units are gorgeous and some of the best unobstructed City Views there is to offer. Amenities are super nice, pool, lounge space. Love this building and the staff!!!

I had a really great experience touring Modera SoBro. The apartments and community are beautiful, and the location is awesome. Kiera toured the apartments with me and was super friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. She took her time answering my questions and made the whole tour feel comfortable, not rushed at all. Kaleigh was also really kind and helpful, which made the experience even better overall. Definitely left feeling excited about living here!

I’m an apartment locator and have worked with Kaleigh countless of times. Kaleigh is always super prepared for my tours, she’s super thorough, is super knowledgeable and truly cares about her tours and tenants. It’s so fun touring with Kaleigh! Modera sobro is also such a great building, the gym feels like a commercial gym, the location is walkable and I wish I could give 10 stars!

I recently moved in here and so far all has been great. Kiera also helped me immensely with all of the move in/ lease process which would have been otherwise tricky without all of her assistance. Ammenities always clean, residents friendly, location is great, but most importantly the management and maintenance teams are the most friendly, supportive and responsive team I have met. They made me transition to Nashville such a positive experience, and go out of their way to help, and seem genuinely invested in doing all they can for the residents here.

Kiera & Kayleigh are the best. I am at this building frequently with clients and they are always so kind, informative and friendly with me and my clients. The tour experience is crucial in where my clients decide to lease and I know my clients will always leave here with a wonderful impression no matter where they lease. Grateful to work with such great gals!
