Such an amazing team here — Erin, Raquel, Edi, Armani, and everyone else whose names I can’t recall at the moment — they always greet you with a big smile and are genuinely ready to help with anything. The building is brand new, with a stunning rooftop pool and a spacious, fully equipped gym. I’m honestly so happy living here!

I recently visited this property while spending time with a friend, and I was truly impressed from the moment I walked in. The community is absolutely beautiful — from the welcoming entrance to the well-maintained amenities, everything was clean, modern, and inviting. I also had the opportunity to meet two members of the maintenance team, and they were incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. It’s always refreshing to see staff who take pride in their work and treat residents and guests with kindness. The property is pet-friendly, which is a huge plus, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and comfortable. After this visit, I’m seriously considering scheduling a full tour and possibly making this my next home. Truly an amazing place!

Location-wise, it’s excellent. You’re technically in Brickell, but without being in Brickell, which makes a big difference day to day. You avoid the worst of the traffic, yet you can still easily walk into Brickell or take the Metromover when you want. The building is also somewhat naturally isolated: there’s a freeway on one side, the river on another, and city buildings on the third. That setup means views are largely unobstructed and likely to stay that way. The building itself is brand new, which brings peace of mind. Everything feels fresh, modern, and well put together, and it’s reassuring to know there shouldn’t be major maintenance issues for several years, things like elevators, infrastructure, and core systems are all new, which all tend to have issues after like 5 years. My husband and myself had a wonderful experience with Armani. He took the time to present us with different options to help us to find the apartment that truly matched our expectations. He was very professional, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process. We felt supported and well guided in making our decision. We just moved into Modera Riverside and absolutely love it! The building is amazing — with really good distribution and spacious layouts. It’s brand new, and the amenities are top-notch. The gym is huge, and everything feels modern and well-designed. Everyone working here has been super helpful and kind. Special mention to Samantha, who guided us through the whole process and made everything so easy — she was incredibly helpful. I 100% recommend both Samantha and the building!
