Modera Reynoldstown

I lived at Modera for four years, and it was an amazing experience, which is exactly why I stayed so long. The amenities are top-notch, the elevators always smell clean, and the clubhouses are consistently well-maintained. Maintenance is incredibly fast; I could submit a request at night and have someone at my door the next morning. The office staff is also very kind and accommodating, they helped me through a unit transfer and everything in between. I truly loved my apartment, especially the large windows and the great bathroom lighting. The location is another huge plus: the BeltLine is about a 10-minute walk, and the nightlife has really taken off with El Malo and The Eastern right across the street. 10/10 ! I would definitely recommend Modera to anyone moving to the area.

Dwayne from Maintenance is the best! Really appreciate how customer oriented he is. You can tell that he has a genuine passion and drive to make sure that all the customers have a comfortable experience at Modera Reynoldstown. He has helped me out with filling multiple requests for me, and I genuinely appreciate his diligent and caring work.

We move in this weekend but just wanted to leave a quick review about our leasing process. Akeba was beyond awesome. I think I called her at least 20 times and she was always extremely upbeat with the absolute best attitude and provided resolutions. Akeba even brought work home with her and called me after she was already off. She was extremely informational while doing our tours and didn’t rush us during any of the five apartments that she showed us. Several times I spoke to a gentleman there as well and he was also super kind and accommodating. We are coming from an absolute nightmare of an apartment experience right down the road, so I definitely was nervous but they have put all my nerves to ease. I hope living here is just as good as my experience I’ve had thus far!

Solid apartment complex with some major cons. The apartment complex overall is in a good location right near the beltline, lots of restaurants, and very walkable. The apartment feels very safe and secure but I have seen other reviews on here claiming it isn't. My apartment was very quiet for the most part facing the inside of the courtyard. The amenities are solid and it has a cool rooftop area as well. The leasing office is wonderful and did not have any issues. I have been living here for almost a year. This review would be a 4 without the next con. Lets get into the cons. Number one this is a FETCH community meaning they use a 3rd party service to deliver your packages and don't have a mail room (they do but won't accept packages) So this means you will wait usually an extra day or may

I’ve lived here for a couple of months and have loved my experience. The amenities are immaculate. Everything is so clean. The Modera maintenance team and management are absurdly responsive. There’s also always a cool event being hosted by management from a free taco truck to a dope paint and sip. Thus far, this has been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in; to be honest, I would be hard pressed to find anything wrong with this apartment complex.
