My move from out of state has been a very difficult and lengthy process was from start to finish. I have been working with a amazing agent named Mikayla Smith. She has been consistently communicating with me and making my move as smoothly as it can be based on my situation. Not only was she friendly and always there when I had a question she made this apartment feel more than just a apartment. She made this feel like a community, a family and network of people that I always am excited to be around. This apartment has been nothing but excellent from the views to the amenities that we have now to the staff that is working whether it’s the receptionist on the first floor or the leasing agents on the second floor and of course especially Mikayla! If I could sign a 10 year lease in this place,
8 month update: Do NOT move here!! It has been a nightmare to say the least. Constant lies, no accountability, and just all around bad experience. Bad experiences: When touring the property, I had asked my leasing agent if I needed to pay the pet fee since I was going to be watching my best friend's dogs while the were out of town. She said since it was only temporary that I would not have to pay. After signing my lease and watching the dogs, I get an email stating I have unauthorized dogs in my apartment and I need to pay the pet fee and register the dogs or I would be fined. So I kindly referred back to previous conversation and they were basically like "Oh yeah we did say that. For future reference just let us know"....but I did let them know. They changed a policy AFTER I moved in p
Dear community, Building is nice of course next to piedmont park. But there are a few things which are just unprofessional. I do not know what is going on With these elevators. You need to take 10min wait into account when you are leaving, that is ridiculous or they are even down and you can wait forever or take the stairs to floor 20th, not fun at all. Packages are supposed to be delivered to the lockers, well and the concierge is not allowed to sign them. My package though got signed by the concierge and delivered to the room, not to the locker and got stolen. I’m fighting with the building for that since months and nothing is happening. That is unprofessional.
I searched for months to find the right combination: schools, restaurants, the park, beltline... all balanced with cost. Was very glad when Parkside opened and started renting. Egna at the leasing office was fantastic, and very patient with my multiple visits. Moving in was simple to set up and went off without.a hitch. Being a new building there were some little things that needed touching up, but the maintenance crew is fast and efficient - either same day or next day - - never longer. The kids love the location and easy access to activities. Road and crowd noise are not noticeable. The bast part is... the view. I wake up this view every morning.
If you want to live somewhere that will lie to you before signing and completely switch up their policies after you sign your lease you should live here!! They told us that guest parking would be 7 to 8 hours for free and that is not the case. My guests have received $104 tickets to their homes with no rectification. Not to mention the lack of communication to residence about amenities being down for weeks and A communication coming out a couple days before they finally fix it to make it seem like they were only down for a few days. They tried to build the actual units so fast that there are many different problems, They can't keep up with these problems and that's why, although being open for more than a year some amenities have not even been opened, No date is communicated as to when th
