Modera LoHi

I recently moved to Modera LoHi from a different building in the Highlands. I immediately fell in love with the vibe and aesthetic of the building and the amenities. Jaleel Johnson was super helpful with working with me to find the right apartment, and guiding me through all the paperwork. The building is very well run, along with maintenance on site for whenever there is any issue. I highly recommend Modera LoHi!

The units that I toured were nice but all of the hallways smelled absolutely disgusting. The cost of the studios felt a bit steep for the amount of space you get. Amenities were pretty standard. The rooftop deck has great views though.

Posting as a tenant of 5+ years. The maintenance staff is the main redeeming quality of the experience of living here. They’re awesome. They check in with you, they try to help as much as they can and they treat your apartment like it’s your home. However the building managers don’t communicate with them, the lease renewal offers (even for long-time renters) are egregious and greedy (they refuse to negotiate or make concessions), which is something dictated by their corporate office. Even when they owe you for mistakes or damages, they choose not to make it right easily. The quality of the apartments are deteriorating, which we experienced after moving units recently, and the issue resolution is abysmal because of the building management’s apathy. Great place to live—clean, quiet, and well maintained. Jaleel is always willing to help and is quick to respond whenever something comes up. I’ve really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it!
