Modera Lofts

We’ve been living at Modera Lofts for over a year now and recently renewed our lease, which really says a lot about our experience here. The neighborhood is wonderful, and the level of service is truly excellent. Everything in the building runs smoothly, and if anything in the apartment ever needs attention, the maintenance team responds within hours and resolves issues quickly and professionally. The management and leasing office are also fantastic: they respond almost immediately, are always polite, helpful, and genuinely care about residents. The building offers great amenities, including underground parking, bike storage, storage units, and a well-equipped gym. It’s also very pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for our family. I just recently moved in, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth, organized, and exceeded my expectations. Julianna was amazing throughout my entire move-in process. She was extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. She was always responsive, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure every detail was handled properly. Having someone so on top of everything made a huge difference during my move. Signed a lease December 2025- I had a truly great experience finding and securing my apartment at Modera Lofts, and a huge part of that was thanks to Juliana. From the very first tour through the application process, move-in, and even after getting my keys, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive every step of the way. Juliana took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question thoroughly, and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and easy. Great apartment so far, moved in August. You can immediately tell the difference when you enter. Clean apartment and units have nice high ceilings with a interior brick back wall since the building used to be a furniture factory. Nice amenities as well with great rooftop. So far so good with Modera Lofts. Moved in today and process with smooth. Ramone is an A+ leasing agent assisted all the way through starting with the tour All the way through to move in day. Everyone from the concierges to the parking attendants we're great.
