Modera Georgetown

My experience at Modera Georgetown Apartments has been beyond disappointing overall. To be fair, it was amazing at first. The property is beautiful, the amenities are impressive, and the initial leasing experience felt welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, that positive first impression did not last. Over time, communication with management became increasingly difficult. Emails went unanswered, concerns felt dismissed, and follow-ups rarely happened without repeated effort. What was most upsetting was the level of disrespect we felt during a very serious personal situation. My wife and I were one of the first residents at Modera Georgetown when it opened and we didn't renew our lease. Living there was an absolute nightmare and it’s taken me a while to leave this review because I hadn’t had the energy to leave feedback. Having been a resident at two other Modera properties in a different state, I had very different expectations for the caliber of management and quality of life. Not only was there zero quality of life in the area or on property, management created a hostile living environment. Christina, the manager, leads with arrogance and ignorance, rather than kindness and logic. Her lack of professionalism and inability to control her anger become evident as soon as you challenge rules that she makes up that aren’t written anywhere. She is inept at manag

I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff was so helpful and polite. They took their time to make sure I found the unit that was perfect for my family. The residents are quiet and welcoming. It truly feels like our own little neighborhood.

We’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience at Modera Georgetown, and I feel obligated to share what happened—especially for families considering moving here. Our heat went out right when we brought our NICU baby home after TWO MONTHS in the hospital. In the middle of the brutal Texas heat, our apartment was completely unbearable, and they didn’t fix it for a week and a half. They just turned the ac off and told us that it was fixed. That’s completely unacceptable, especially for an infant who needs a safe, stable environment especially coming home from the NICU... To make things worse, our refrigerator also went out. We lost all of our baby’s food and frozen breast milk, which is irreplaceable. That’s the kind of thing that makes you question how much management here really cares ab

We recently toured Modera Georgetown and were blown away by both the property and the experience. From the moment we walked in, everything felt clean, modern, and welcoming. But what truly made the tour special was Ally, she was absolutely amazing! Ally was incredibly thorough, sweet, and helpful every step of the way. She took the time to walk us through all of the floor plans, amenities, and answered every question we had (even the ones we didn’t know we had!). Her warm personality and professionalism made us feel comfortable and genuinely excited about the possibility of living there. If you’re considering Modera Georgetown, I highly recommend scheduling a tour, and if you can ask for Ally! She truly made the whole experience a joy.
