Run away as fast as you can from this place because you will find them jacking up your rent evetime. The SSI gets increased. Also, Park mangers really don't do much other than breaking things in the particular park. Also, they really can't plow and if you're hoping they salt during winter you would be dead wrong. The only justification you will get on them raising the parks lot rent is the cost to upkeep the park. What they don't tell you is what that upkeep is, and you will see no improvements to landscape or anything like it. They will just keep jacking up everything. Currently Paying them for lot payment 425 Water 55 and is well water and vary high in iron. If your section 8 run, they are only after the money they can get from Section 8. The Monthly lot rent is going up again on 3/1/202

I would give them zero stars. At Country Gardens MHP(by Erie), the rent has increased 60% in the five years they took over the park. Lousy, pock-marked roads, non-existent street signs for four years, they removed the laundry room, can't have any kind of swimming pools anymore, and overall, absolutely NO amenities. Weekly water breaks, cloudy water issues. And they seldom return calls. Other than that...

Poor experience. Begged for them to maintain trees for years. It's to the point of limbs smashing through windshields of renters cars. Trees have fell and hit houses. Centimeters from knocking them of their blocks. Septic is constantly backed up into renters yards. Has been for YEARS. It's did irreversible damage to a double wide. We've tried to address issues with owners multiple times. They do nothing but collect their monthly check. Was told they would need to raise money to maintain the trees. They do nothing. A renter has been in contact with the EPA, code enforcement and MD Attorney's General. We're all tired of our safety constantly being threatened because of a slumlord.

Avoid renting or buying from them. All they care about if finding new reasons to raise the rent and add fees.

Avoid renting from them, rent goes up every year. They are truly slumlords!
