Another update 3/27/23: Mobile Home Sales Specialist is under new ownership. Maureen bends over backward for her customers. I wish the previous owner had not still been in the picture when I sold my home. I feel certain Maureen will turn this business around. I've watched how professional she is, staying on top of all aspects of the sale, from listing to closing. Based on the other two companies working in the area, MHSS is the clear winner. Update 9/23/22: The sales 'professional' (not) who worked my sale has been fired. There are now 2 professionals working hard to rehabilitate this business. The dishonest sales rep (April) has moved on to another mobile home sales rep. Do your homework before you sign a contract with her. She lies when the truth would do better. 01/12/22 Absolutely the

Omg crazy lady who lists your house then ignores all calls and emails regarding the property. Doesn’t return perspective buyers phone calls. Doesn’t return seller phone calls. Beyond sloppy listings. No attention to detail. If you want to buy or sell a house in Florida, DO NOT CALL THIS PERSON!

Fran and April were really great at listing and selling our home. They handled everything and were on top of my questions. I want to personally thank them for all they did for us.

What I needed was a quick “as-is” sale with little fuss on my end, and Fran and April worked together to make that happen. Thank you ladies.
