The ongoing issues in my apartment building that have not been addressed despite multiple requests. For several months, I have reported excessive noise coming from the tenant above me. There are multiple children running after late hours 12am, creating constant and severe noise that makes it impossible for me to sleep. I have attempted to speak with the tenants directly on several occasions, but they have responded aggressively and have not made any effort to reduce the disturbance. In addition, I have submitted maintenance requests regarding the bathroom that remain unresolved. I have also requested parking accommodations without response. Furthermore, I have asked to be transferred to another available apartment, but I am consistently told that nothing is available. I have been a resi

⭐️ Zero stars if I could. I just called the office to ask about an available apartment — what a frustrating experience. They won’t give you any information over the phone or email. Instead, they tell you that you have to come into the office in person to fill out a paper form (and apparently, emailing it would “take too long”). When I asked to be transferred to the leasing office, they said no one was there. I asked if they worked with a broker — they said yes, but refused to give me the broker’s contact info. I asked whether the broker’s fee was covered (as required by law), and was told they “couldn’t release that information.” Seriously… what is this, a secret society rental process? I spoke with Avy — she wasn’t rude, just clearly doing what she’s been told to do. Still, it’s a shame

Been calling for months. They refuse to give me an email to contact someone other than the secretary. I've been a tenant in one of their buildings for 12 years and I still have lead paint. When there was a leak in my ceiling they sent someone to path it, never painted, and never ripped out all the black mold on the back side of the ceiling sheet rock. There's 20 drug dealers outside the building and they refuse to put up lights or cameras to differ them from being there. The only time they contact a tenant is when they lose your monthly check or lease papers and then they try to charge you double for your rent. Chase sends my check automatically and hasn't been cashed in 6 months. When I called they said "we have 1500 clients do you really expect us to cash that many checks every month?" y

We have a physically dangerous man living in the building (tore his apartment to shreds, pummels his metal front door to the point of breaking it (see image), screams all night, throws dangerous objects into hallways, and much more). He's a threat. M&N management, including their legal staff, have long been aware of this present danger to residents, and aren't providing safety measures promised to their rent paying residents. 14+ residents persistently complain and they essentially ignoring us all or play dumb. Threats (including but not limited to): Physical violence towards residents; Setting the building ablase; Tossed debris falling on building passerby; and more. These do not even include personal injuries already sustained by residents, including Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Sleep D

Dealing with M&N Management has been an absolute nightmare. They consistently ignore all forms of communication, including calls, emails, and texts, regardless of urgency. The head of their legal department went as far as to blatantly lie about crucial information regarding apartment transfers, despite ample evidence proving otherwise. Moreover, their negligence extends to matters of safety. Following a fire in the building that filled the top 3 floors with debilitating smoke, they ignored both email notifications and a personal visit to their office regarding non-functioning fire alarms. Additionally, they’ve left me with a broken window covered by cardboard for over ten days in freezing temperatures, showing a complete disregard for tenant well-being. Furthermore, their incompetence wi
