Our Verano ground floor unit had overnight plumbing issue possibly involving sewage main clog. MMI responded to us timely, scheduled & followed up with their engaged plumber, thus ensured a same-day professional technician visit to our unit. Together we're now working out the necessary solution steps, but I feel sure the problem has & will be dealt with timely/properly. We recently did a fumigation for the complex. The meetings, process, and the way the management company handled all the logistics was amazing. Props to Taylor for the FAQ and always being there for questions, concerns, and being a good human.

As the Board treasurer we looked for a new company for a long time. After a long hard relationship with our prior management company we decided to make the switch. We are so glad we did. Our association is looking so great and projects are getting done. They are direct and tell the truth on how to tackle tough situations. They uphold the CC&R’s and are very communicative. We have a big renter population and they are great about funneling information their the owner vs tenants. It has been a great change for our community and truly upholding the property values.

Rachel has been very helpful with our community painting project. Our community was established in the 1980s and has long been in need of a facelift. After many years of planning, the board was able to start the painting project. The community is looking great, and it is wonderful to see the many years of the Board's work result in our buildings being kept up so well. I own many properties in San Diego, and many were built 20+ years ago. I appreciate the HOA dues accounting for needed future reserve property improvements so the values stay high.
