Louis is wonderful. He is detailed and amazing at what he does. I've used multiple home inspectors throughout the years and none have been as great at what they do as Louis. I wouldn't consider anyone else.

Louis is definitely one person I can say is worth every single penny. He is professional, welcoming personality that knows his stuff. It is true I am a repeat offender, I have had Louis inspect every single property I have looked at and happy I did it. Louis was able to fit us in at short notice. We were purchasing a home and needed the inspection to determine our offer. Not only was the report detailed and comprehensive, Louis was open and avail himself to our countless questions and explaining his findings. Since we are going to be new to the area, he explained how his inspection is going to be used for obtaining home insurance and possible discounts for property owners in FL. MLS did a great job ! Louis came equipped and prepared to complete a 4-Point and Wind Mitigation inspection. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He came on a Saturday and turned around the reports by Monday. Much faster than I expected. The inspections helped me lower my insurance premium. Louis also pointed out irregularities in work I had done on my roof as well as an exposed nail on my roof which would have undoubtedly resulted in a leak. Thanks to Louis and MLS for all the help and valuable insights. Excellent service, very prompt turnaround for the documentation, overall a great job done. I appreciate it!
