MKT

It has been about 15 years since I have rented and when I found 627 Market St. I was amazed by the spacious room in the apartment. I love that all the cabinets and drawers are soft close, the refrigerator is large with an ice maker. These are things you normally don't find in an Apt., washer and dryer are conveniently located in my bedroom closet and are updated as well. The staff at 627 are so friendly and helpful with anything I may need, from Erin in the leasing department helping me with a lost key to the awesome maintenance staff helping me with a light bulb in my apt. for the high ceilings. The place always smells good and kept clean from the entry way to the elevator to the trash/recycle room and open floor area from the elevator to the apartments. Pricing here is fair to good for

Leasing office is god awful. Maintenance request goes weeks unanswered. Emails go unanswered. Phone calls and vm’s go answered. Nobody calls you back and updates you on progress. In fact, as soon as you submit a maintenance request, you get an email saying service was completed at your residence 30 seconds later. Ever since Bryanna, the previous manger left things have been horrible.

The apartment itself was nice and had good potential, but management at 421 N. Market has been a nightmare. I dealt with a window leak causing water damage since the beginning, and despite years of complaints, it was never properly fixed. Leasing managers constantly change, issues go unresolved, and now I’ve been told my lease won’t be renewed with only three months to move. The building is also not secure doors often don’t lock, no cameras, and packages frequently go missing. When I was asked to transfer, they tried to charge me more for a smaller space and were dishonest about availability. Overall, while the apartment looked nice, the poor management, lack of security, and high prices make this place not worth it.

I lived at MKT for 5 years prior to buying a home. Overall, it was a good experience. The apartments are really nice, has stainless steel appliances, great window views and the location is very convenient with lots of things to do within walking distance! I had a few challenges with my washer that took a while to resolve but Erin in the front office always did a great job with keeping me posted on next steps!

My apartment is beautiful, and I feel very lucky to have found it. The management staff at ResideMKT are pleasant and generally responsive. Yeah, maintenance can be slow...sometimes really slow, on minor issues, but supply chain issues are a reality, and when it's urgent, they get it together and fix the issue quickly and effectively. Just renewed my lease, and I hope to keep on doing so! Also: the Play Where You Live local discount program is really great. Highly recommended.
