TERRIBLE landlords! My husband and I lived in one of their apartments off of 19th street in Fairmount for over 5 years. We stayed that long simply for work convenience and the fact that we were grandfathered into the price(still a lot of money for 600sq ft). Trying to get anything fixed or even to communicate with management was difficult. It would take at least a week to two weeks for them to get back to you (via email). They don’t have an office number, and no one was ever in their “office”. After years of cleaning the common area myself, I found out there were people that were supposed to come regularly to clean. Horribly landlords. No response time, numerous numerous repair and mechanical issues requiring numerous follow ups with no responses. Landlord never answered emails or phone calls. Charged a $250 cleaning fee at move out without notice and indisputable. Beautiful apartment but landlord shouldn’t be in business

Lived in one of their properties for 4+ years. Always responsive to issues. Friendly maintenance workers. Clean, well-lit exterior areas.

Lived here for 3 years and they were attentive and responsive when I had concerns. I would absolutely recommend renting from them
