They have a bunch of great properties and their offices are quite nice, but there are some workers there who will NEVER reply. They take 2+ weeks to reply to an email that is very important and only reply quickly when it's in their advantage. This is NOT how a business should be run, the customer comes first and the agents should reply within a reasonable amount of time (within 2 or 3 days preferably).

Deceitful and only returns calls after leaving multiple messages. They rent properties that are not ready for occupancy and take deposits. Empty promises on move in date and no notice the property, which they took a deposit on, was not going to be ready in the foreseeable future.

They were slow to respond took days to get back to me

Deceitful and dishonest about every aspect of their property.
