The staff is kind and caring. The office is always so pleasant and friendly. I of course like the snacks but as of late seems to be a lil budget issue ... 😂...

Horrible roach problem. Upon moving in, there were roaches painted into cabinets, stink/dirty carpets, 2 unoccupied apartments that required a hazmat team to clean them out, and more. The breezeway was filthy and stink. Roaches everywhere. Staff is nice for a little while until they realize they can’t get over on you. Money hungry. Kept putting incorrect payments on my final statement trying to get over. I have 3 different final statements with different amounts. They Stopped replying once they sent the last one and refuse to answer my calls or emails and are getting ready to send it to collections after 14 days of no response from them. Dirty apartments. Pest control isn’t a real thing. They have no regard for the health, safety and wellbeing of their residents.

It's a cozy place, the building gives off a homey feel. People are nice around here and the neighborhood is beautiful. Downside is the laundry room is completely out of order and maintenance isn't the best with communication, but the main office is very good
