They advertised a home for rent so my wife and I set up an appointment to view the home using their AI booking system. Got a confirmation text. Showed up at the house and nobody from their office showed up to show the house or give us a code to the front door. Called their office and left a message and nobody answered. Call the next day and left another message and still nobody called. Got a text message asking how we liked the house when we never checked it out. Infuriating to say the least as I left work early to check the place out. Unprofessional to say the least and I would avoid them.

I too believe the reviews are generated by the company. As a tenant i rented from Mitchell and Williams for 4 years. Throughout those 4 years I didn't have any problems whatsoever until the end of the fourth year. My kitchen sink begin to flood anytime I ran water. I contacted them in October of 2018 to make them aware so the issue could be fixed. They sent out a plumber and once the plumber gave them the invoice of what the price would be they refused to repair it. Needless to say i was without a kitchen sink for 3 months. I moved out in Jan of 2019 and still didn't have a sink. Now on to the present I moved from their property on Jan 28 and turned their key in. Today is March 9th and I still have not received my security deposit, a courtesy phone call explaining the hold up, or an apolog

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LEASING COMPANY. For starters if you look at the pictures attached you can see I left the property in excellent condition. For them not to give me my deposit like they said within 30 days is unprofessional. This was what was in there contract mind you. If I could give them no stars I would. I have been an excellent tenant for the last 12 months. I have paid my rent on time and sometimes before the new month starts. Do to the fact that I have had to get the AC replaced because I refused a window unit I feel I'm being penalized. Not only that I had to send them a certified letter because of a leak that left a whole in the ceiling of the bathroom from a roof leak. Every time it rained the leak and whole in the ceiling got larger. Again not my fault. I feel when

They are horrible they refused our rent money last year and threw us out on the street my son and O had to live in the car for 6 months because of them. They take forever to fix anything. Our well broke twice in a month first time we went 3 days with no water second time we went 7 days with no water. They didn't even offer a discount on the rent which included water. I agree with the people about the good reviews they are writing themselves are having their friends write them. Sorry the bad outweighs the good. If they had a no star option that's what I would give them. They don't deserve 1 star for their horrible service

UNPROFESSIONAL LEASING MANAGEMENT FACILITY (MITCHELL & WILLIAMS REALTY, LLC). I would not even given them the satisfaction of calling them a company. This company is so unprofessional. My sister rented from them and she is still waiting on her refund. The house she once lived in is back on the market within 30 days. She signed her move out papers on August 28th, when she turned in her keys. According to her lease she would be NOTIFIED in writing WITHIN 30 DAYS. She has yet to receive any notification or her deposit. She was never late on rent and left the house in the same if not better condition when she moved in. Right is right and wrong is wrong and at this point they are very wrong and unprofessional. If she was late moving out or delayed in turning her keys they would charge
